1. Organiser<\/b>
This promotion is organised by B&B BOSMI BED & LANGUAGE DI BOZZO ARAYA RICARDO ALFONSO<\/b> (hereinafter referred to as “Bosmi”).<\/p>

2. Eligibility<\/b>
Participation is open exclusively to natural persons aged eighteen (18) years or older at the time of booking.<\/p>

By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.<\/p>

3. Promotion Period<\/b>
This promotion applies only to reservations made during the promotional period announced by Bosmi through its official channels.<\/p>

Bosmi reserves the right to determine, extend, shorten, or terminate the promotional period at its sole discretion.<\/p>

Reservations confirmed outside the promotional period shall not be eligible.<\/p>

4. Eligible Reservations<\/b>
Only reservations made directly through the official Bosmi website and completed using the official promotional code designated for this promotion are eligible.<\/p>

Reservations made through third-party platforms, including but not limited to Booking.com, Airbnb, Hostelworld, Expedia, Agoda, Hotels.com, or any other online travel agency, travel provider, reseller, or intermediary are expressly excluded.<\/p>

Reservations made without the official promotional code are not eligible for participation.<\/p>

The promotional code cannot be applied retroactively after a reservation has been completed.<\/p>

5. Participation in the Promotion<\/b>
To participate, guests must:
– Complete an eligible reservation through the official Bosmi website.
– Use the official promotional code during the booking process.
– Select one of the eligible national teams during the booking process.<\/p>

Participation is valid only if both the promotional code and the selected national team are successfully recorded in Bosmi’s reservation system at the time of booking.<\/p>

Failure to correctly record either the promotional code or the selected national team shall result in ineligibility.<\/p>

6. Participating Teams<\/b>
Guests may choose one of the ten national teams designated by Bosmi as the ten most likely winners of the FIFA World Cup 2026.<\/p>

The list of eligible teams shall be published by Bosmi and may be updated before a reservation is made.<\/p>

The selected national team must be chosen at the time the reservation is confirmed.<\/p>

The selected national team shall become permanently associated with that reservation and cannot be modified, changed, transferred, substituted, reassigned, or selected at a later date under any circumstances.<\/p>

The selected national team remains fixed regardless of tournament performance, injuries, suspensions, managerial changes, withdrawals, changes in betting odds, or any other event.<\/p>

7. Qualifying Event<\/b>
This promotion is linked exclusively to the FIFA World Cup 2026.<\/p>

The winning national team shall be the official champion declared by FIFA following the completion of the tournament.<\/p>

No other competition, tournament, qualification phase, continental championship, friendly match, or sporting event shall be considered.<\/p>

8. Refund Benefit<\/b>
If the national team selected by the participant becomes the official winner of the FIFA World Cup 2026, Bosmi shall refund 100% of the accommodation amount paid for the qualifying reservation.<\/p>

There is no maximum refund amount.<\/p>

Only the accommodation amount paid for the original qualifying reservation is eligible for refund.<\/p>

The refund shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the participant to Bosmi.<\/p>

9. Refund Eligibility Conditions<\/b>
To qualify for a refund:
– The reservation must be eligible under these Terms & Conditions.
– The reservation must have been made through the official Bosmi website.
– The reservation must have been made using the official promotional code.
– The selected national team must have been chosen during the booking process.
– The selected national team must be officially declared the winner of the FIFA World Cup 2026.
– The reservation must be fully paid.
– The reservation must not be subject to any chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, fraudulent transaction, or unpaid balance.
– The participant must comply with all provisions of these Terms & Conditions.<\/p>

10. Refund Process<\/b>
Eligible refunds shall be processed within fourteen (14) calendar days following the official conclusion of the FIFA World Cup 2026.<\/p>

Refunds shall be issued to the same payment method originally used for the reservation whenever technically possible.<\/p>

If the original payment method is unavailable, expired, blocked, or otherwise incapable of receiving the refund, Bosmi may request alternative payment details.<\/p>

Bosmi reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of payment, and any other documentation reasonably required to verify eligibility before processing a refund.<\/p>

11. Reservation Modifications<\/b>
The refund amount shall be calculated exclusively based on the accommodation amount paid at the time the original qualifying reservation was confirmed.<\/p>

Any increase in reservation value resulting from:
– Additional nights.
– Room upgrades.
– Additional guests.
– Optional services.
– Activities.
– Excursions.
– Transportation.
– Food and beverage purchases.
– Any other post-booking modification.<\/p>

shall not be eligible for refund under this promotion.<\/p>

12. Cancellation Policy<\/b>
Reservations made under this promotion are non-refundable.<\/p>

Participants may request a date change or a change of guest name, subject to availability and Bosmi’s standard booking policies.<\/p>

No refund shall be granted if the selected national team does not win the FIFA World Cup 2026.<\/p>

Participants may not cancel a reservation and request a refund solely because their selected national team has been eliminated or is unlikely to win the tournament.<\/p>

13. Excluded Charges<\/b>
The refund applies exclusively to the accommodation amount paid for the original qualifying reservation.<\/p>

The following charges are expressly excluded:
– Tourist taxes.
– City taxes.
– Local taxes.
– Government fees.
– Booking fees.
– Payment processing fees.
– Insurance products.
– Food and beverage purchases.
– Activities and excursions.
– Transportation services.
– Optional extras.
– Third-party services.
– Any charge not directly related to accommodation.<\/p>

14. Fraud, Abuse and Invalid Participation<\/b>
Bosmi reserves the right to refuse participation, deny refunds, cancel reservations, or take any other appropriate action where it reasonably believes that:
– Fraud has occurred.
– False information has been provided.
– Payment fraud has occurred.
– Identity fraud has occurred.
– A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated.
– The promotion has been manipulated.
– Multiple accounts or reservations have been used to circumvent these Terms & Conditions.
– Any provision of these Terms & Conditions has been violated.<\/p>

Bosmi’s determination regarding fraud prevention and abuse shall be final, subject to applicable law.<\/p>

15. Tournament Cancellation, Suspension or Changes<\/b>
If the FIFA World Cup 2026 is cancelled, abandoned, suspended indefinitely, postponed without completion, or concludes without an officially declared champion by FIFA, this promotion shall automatically terminate and no refund shall be due.<\/p>

Changes to the tournament schedule, format, participating teams, host countries, venues, competition structure, or match calendar shall not affect the validity of this promotion provided that FIFA officially declares a champion.<\/p>

16. No Affiliation with FIFA<\/b>
This promotion is organised solely by B&B BOSMI BED & LANGUAGE DI BOZZO ARAYA RICARDO ALFONSO<\/b>.<\/p>

It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated in any way with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup 2026, or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, sponsors, organisers, representatives, or licensors.<\/p>

All trademarks, names, and references relating to FIFA and the FIFA World Cup 2026 remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive purposes.<\/p>

Participation in this promotion does not create any relationship between participants and FIFA or any organisation connected with the FIFA World Cup 2026.<\/p>

17. Modification or Termination of the Promotion<\/b>
Bosmi reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or withdraw this promotion in the event of:
– Force majeure.
– Legal or regulatory requirements.
– Governmental actions.
– Technical failures.
– Cybersecurity incidents.
– Circumstances beyond Bosmi’s reasonable control.<\/p>

Any modification shall not affect reservations already confirmed unless required by law.<\/p>

18. Limitation of Liability<\/b>
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bosmi shall not be liable for:
– Technical malfunctions.
– Website interruptions.
– Payment processor failures.
– Communication failures.
– Data transmission errors.
– Tournament-related changes.
– Third-party actions.
– Events beyond Bosmi’s reasonable control.<\/p>

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.<\/p>

19. Final Decisions<\/b>
Bosmi reserves the right to interpret and apply these Terms & Conditions.<\/p>

All decisions relating to eligibility, participation, refunds, fraud prevention, and administration of the promotion shall be made by Bosmi and shall be final, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.<\/p>

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/b>
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy.<\/p>
