A full refund is available for cancellations made up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. For cancellations made after this period, a 50% refund will be issued. This policy is designed to provide flexibility while also ensuring fair arrangements for all parties involved.

Booking can be done directly through our website. Simply choose your destination, the number of people, and your accommodation preferences. Then, proceed with the payment as you would with any online transaction. Our platform ensures a smooth and secure booking experience from start to finish.

Our language classes are primarily focused on conversational skills, emphasizing listening and speaking to ensure real-world application. While we do cover essential grammar, our approach is designed to make learning enjoyable and engaging, allowing students to learn in a fun and interactive environment.

The minimum stay duration is one week (6 nights from Sunday to Saturday). There is no maximum duration, offering flexibility to those who wish to extend their learning and cultural immersion. Please note, should you decide to leave before completing a week, there will be no discounts or refunds available.
